Neben der Bewusstseinsbildung und der Schaffung von Anreizen (Pull-Ma\u00dfnahmen) sind dies insbesondere auch Gebote bzw. Verbote, die sogenannten Push-Ma\u00dfnahmen). Wird eines der  drei Ma\u00dfnahmenfelder vernachl\u00e4ssigt, wird die Verkehrswende wahrscheinlich nicht gelingen. Der BUND formuliert es drastischer: &#8222;Ohne die Push-Ma\u00dfnahmen ist der Misserfolg so gut wie sicher! Weil jedoch die \u00f6ffentliche Debatte die Push-Ma\u00dfnahmen weitestgehend ausklammert und dadurch die Transformation gef\u00e4hrdet wird,&#8220; hat der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bund-bawue.de\/service\/publikationen\/detail\/publication\/push-massnahmen-zur-reduzierung-des-motorisierten-individualverkehrs-miv-bzw-zur-nachhaltigen-veraenderung-des-modal-split\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BUND eine Sammlung<br>m\u00f6glicher Ma\u00dfnahmen<\/a> nur zu diesem Bereich zusammengestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es geht um konkrete Ma\u00dfnahmen, die den Autoverkehr einschr\u00e4nken, um den Radverkehr, den \u00d6PNV und den Fu\u00dfverkehr verbessern zu k\u00f6nnen.
