Diese Wiki, so die Idee, macht die Kommunen vergleichbar, sorgt f\u00fcr Transparenz. Sie soll die St\u00e4dte und Gemeinden ein St\u00fcck weit antreiben, ihre Versprechungen umzusetzen und diese auch zu belegen.
