Laut MAZ Meldung vom November 2023<\/a> plant die Stadt Neuruppin eine Ausweitung des Gewerbegebietes Treskow auf einer Fl\u00e4che von 100 ha (1 km\u00b2). In den Planungen von 2004 war nur eine Erweiterungsfl\u00e4che von 6 ha ausgewiesen.
Nun soll der bl\u00fchende Acker von Buskow bis zur Kreuzung St\u00f6ffin den hochfliegenden Pl\u00e4nen weichen. Auf diesem Areal leben viele Raubv\u00f6gel, Rehwild und Feldhasen, Feldlerchen br\u00fcten hier. Das alles soll geopfert werden f\u00fcr ein Industriegebiet?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der ungebremste Bedarf von Bau- und Gewerbefl\u00e4che ist in allererster Linie von Investoren gesteuert, die erhebliche Renditen erwarten. Dazu kommt die Kommune, die sich Steuereinnahmen erhofft.
Auch wenn \u201eGewerbepark\u201c sympathisch klingen soll, handelt es sich um eine unsch\u00f6n versiegelte Industriefl\u00e4che mit Verkehr, Immission (Licht, L\u00e4rm, Abfall) und Energieverbrauch, die man nicht ohne Grund gerne an den Rand einer Stadt baut. Denn es ist kein lebenswertes Areal und die Bodennutzung ist f\u00fcr immer pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zeitgem\u00e4\u00df und sinnvoll w\u00e4re es, wenn sich eine Stadt, die die Natur- und Seenlandschaft, den Tourismus und die Gesundheit der Menschen als Markenkern betrachtet, gegen einen weiteren \u201eFl\u00e4chenfrass\u201c stellt und versucht, mit den zur Verf\u00fcgung stehenden Ressourcen zu haushalten und Gewerbe nur noch im Einklang mit der Umwelt f\u00f6rdert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicht nur das Engagement von B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrgern z.B. f\u00fcr mehr Nachhaltigkeit und Klimaschutz in Neuruppin wird durch ein 100 ha Projekt konterkariert. Auch die Menschen werden in ihrem Lebensraum zunehmend bedr\u00e4ngt, wenn anrainende Wohngebiete zum Vorort eines Gewerbegebietes werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
