Gemeinsam wollen wir uns auf den Weg machen, damit die Stadt rasch klimanneutral wird &#8211; m\u00f6glichst vor 2045!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber wie l\u00e4sst sich die kommunale W\u00e4rmewende f\u00fcr Neuruppin erreichen? Wo sollen wir anfangen? Wie sieht der Weg dorthin aus?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um ehrlich zu sein, fehlt uns B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrgern f\u00fcr den Weg in die Klimaneutralit\u00e4t, f\u00fcr die notwendigen Ver\u00e4nderungen und konkreten Schritte wahrscheinlich vielen die fachliche Kenntnis und der \u00dcberblick, der f\u00fcr einen sinnvollen Pfad in eine Zukunft ohne CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Aussto\u00df n\u00f6tig ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie kann dies gelingen? Unser Verein \u201eKlima und Alltag e.V.\u201c m\u00f6chte die Stadt Neuruppin unterst\u00fctzen. Unser Vorschlag beginnt mit einer mutigen Zielsetzung: Neuruppin wird 2035 klimaneutral und leistet damit seinen Beitrag zur Einhaltung des 1,5-Grad-Ziels des Pariser Klimaabkommens<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unterst\u00fctzt werden wir von <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/localzero.net\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/localzero.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Local Zero<\/a><\/strong>, einem gemeinn\u00fctzigen Verein, der sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, mit Bildungs-, Aufkl\u00e4rungs- und engagementf\u00f6rdernden Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr ein 1,5-Grad-Ma\u00dfnahmenpaket zu werben. Local Zero wird uns mit seinem Netzwerk dabei unterst\u00fctzen, dass sich engagierte Menschen, also wir, gemeinsam mit den politische Entscheidungstr\u00e4gern unserer Stadt Neuruppin auf den Weg zur kommunalen Klimaneutralit\u00e4t begeben. Gemeinsam werden wir die einzelnen Handlungsfelder \u2013 Strom, W\u00e4rme, Kraftstoffe, Geb\u00e4ude, Verkehr, Abfall- und Abwasserwirtschaft, die Industrie und die Landwirtschaft \u2013 in den Blick nehmen und deren einzelne Potenziale zur Reduktion von Treibhausgasen ausloten, um eine Netto-Null-Bilanz zu erreichen. Nicht vermeidbare Emissionen k\u00f6nnen durch Aufforstung und Umwandlung in Naturw\u00e4lder, den Humusaufbau und die Wiedervern\u00e4ssung von B\u00f6den und die Vermeidung weiterer Bodenversiegelung erreicht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir wollen mit einem <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/localzero.net\/loesungen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Klima-Aktionsplan<\/a><\/strong> beginnen, der transparent und detailliert eine Treibhausgasbilanz erstellt, daraus abgeleitet \u00fcberpr\u00fcfbare, realistische Ziele sowie den Weg der m\u00f6glichen Umsetzung aufzeigt. Informieren &#8211; Entscheiden &#8211; Planen, Umsetzen und Monitoren &#8211; so k\u00f6nnte ein zielf\u00fchrender Dreischritt f\u00fcr Neuruppin lauten. Und es sollte ein wichtiger, lokal wirksamer Beitrag sein in einer durch die Klimakrise sich rasch ver\u00e4ndernden Umwelt, den wir z\u00fcgig beschreiten wollen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Machen Sie mit?
